Our goal for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program is to acquire, rehabilitate and resell 83 foreclosed houses in Clayton County over the next 10 months. This is a great opportunity for purchasing a rehabilitated house below market value and you do not have to be a first time homebuyer. Not only do home buyers benefit from this program, but also real estate agents, contractors, suppliers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys and more.
You must have:
- Stable Income
- Limited Debt
- Decent Credit
- Eligible Income by Family Size
- At Least $750 towards the purchase
- Desire to be a Homeowner
